Privacy Policy

This site is run by Laurie Galazzo (theambitionmemo.com), based in Belgium. I collect as little as possible, and I never sell or share your data.

What I collect

If you subscribe to the memo: your email address, and your first name if you give it. If you write to me through the contact form: your name, email, the subject you picked, and your message. If you join the mentoring waitlist: your name, email, and optionally your career stage and what you'd like to work through.

Why

Email addresses are used to send you the weekly memo. Contact messages are used to reply to you. Waitlist entries are used to tell you when 1:1 work opens. Nothing is used for advertising, and there are no third-party ad trackers on this site.

Where it lives

Memo subscriptions are handled by beehiiv, my email platform, with double opt-in. You'll always get a confirmation email before anything is sent. Form entries are stored in a private database that only I can access.

How long

Subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. Every memo has an unsubscribe link. Contact messages and waitlist entries are kept only as long as they're useful, and deleted on request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, or delete anything I hold about you, or to withdraw consent at any time. Write to laurie@theambitionmemo.com and I'll take care of it.

Cookies

No analytics or advertising cookies are used. The site stores one small preference in your browser so the subscribe prompt only ever appears once.
